Upcoming Men's Club Breakfast Speakers and Topics
Apr 7, 2024 -- Richard Eland -- Richard will speak on the topic of Jazz - America's Classical Music. He will talk about the similarities between Jewish Jazz - Klezmer and American Classical Music - Jazz using YouTube clips of various renditions of Jewish songs sung and played by Jazz musicians and vis-a-versa.

Hamantaschen pickup is scheduled for the following dates/times at Beth Chaim:
  • Friday, March 22, 3:00pm - 7:00pm
  • Saturday, March 23, 5:00pm - 7:00pm (note new times)
  • Monday, March 25, 3:00pm - 5:00pm

Men's Club College Scholarship 2024 -- Registration is now open Once again the Men's Club is pleased to offer a scholarship to a recent high school graduate or current senior entering college in 2024. The prize is a $1080 one-year scholarship. For details on this scholarship program, including rules and eligibility, see the Scholarship flyer. Your essay should address the issues detailed on the flyer. To apply, you must submit your answers as instructed on the form. The essays are read anonymously by a Scholarship committee of at least three past Presidents of the Men's Club. The Application deadline is March 15, 2024. Finalists will be invited to the Men's Club April 7th breakfast to make a brief presentation of their essay and answer questions.

Regular ProgramsHelp suggest ideas & help out with our regular programs, such as the Purim Carnival, High Holy Days Parking Lot Duty, etc. RSVP if you are interested.
Special ProgramsHelp suggest/find ideas for new Special Programs, such as social get-togethers, weekday activities, special speakers, etc.
Service ProjectsHelp suggest/find ideas for new service projects, such as Jews with Tools, yard work, bike drive, etc.

Holocaust Education Materials
The Men's Club Holocaust Education Materials are now available for loan from the Synagogue. These materials have been purchased with the proceeds from the Yom HaShoah Yellow Candle Program. View the list of materials we currently own. All items are available for loan and have been moved to the Beth Chaim Library.
